Beth Bauer, CAE
As Executive Director, Beth plans, formulates and recommends to the Board of Directors policies and programs which will further the objectives of the association; manages the administrative operations of the association, maintains effective relationships with public and private organizations to ensure the interest of the association is realized; and develops and coordinates legislative, regulatory and political efforts and maintains relationships with government officials and agencies impacting the industry.
Beth is the staff liaison to the following committees: CEG, Environmental Business, Funding Sources, Government Affairs, IDNR, INDOT, Indy DPW, Transportation Funding and Vertical.
As Director of Member Services, Colleen manages the planning of events, luncheons, seminars and conferences; organizes the Engineering Leadership Program; coordinates annual award programs and golf outing; communicates with current and prospective members and maintains database and online content.
Colleen is the staff liaison to the following committees: Diversity, Education, QBS and Vertical.
